LiquidGym works across two sites. Land-based assessment, treatment and training take place at the clinic on Robertson Road. Aquatic sessions take place in the pool at the Hyatt Hotel on Moodie Drive, five minutes away.
Your first appointment is always at the clinic. If aquatic therapy becomes part of your plan of care, your therapist will confirm which of your sessions take place at the pool.

There is a large parking lot at the rear of the building, with a ramp, an accessible entry door and a lift to the clinic floor.

The water is 49 inches deep throughout and held at 31 degrees. There is no shallow end and no deep end, so you can stand anywhere in it.
Entry is by water steps or pool lift, whichever suits you.
Bring swim clothes and a towel. There are no lockers, so a bag kept on the pool deck stays with you through the session.
There is a shower on the pool deck, two fully accessible washrooms, and separate men’s and women’s washrooms for changing.
The pool is shared with the hotel, and our sessions are scheduled at its quietest times. Pool exercise equipment is provided.
