What is pneumatic medicine?
Pneumatic medicine is the use of non-invasive, painless, dynamic pneumatic compression to treat venous insufficiency, non-healing wounds and chronic dermal disruption ulceration, lymphedema and other peripheral vascular disorders. At its core is NormaTec's pulse technology inflation-deflation pattern, a considerable improvement on simple intermittent compression.
